AGREEMENT

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PLUG INTO YOUR POWER program, I understand and agree to the following:

1. All calls are to be video calls using Zoom. A link and login information will be provided.
2. Each call will be recorded and the download emailed to me. I understand that I have 7 days to download the recording before it is deleted and I agree to download my recording accordingly.
3. I agree to be on time for each scheduled appointment. I understand I will be given a 10-minute grace period before I am considered to be a “no show” for meetings. I understand that a “no show” on my part will result in a forfeiture of the call.
4. I agree and understand that any group meetings will begin without me if I am late. If I miss a group meeting, I will still receive a link to the recording, in which the teachings and homework will be provided. I understand that I will lose the individual coaching which is part of the group call.
5. I understand that the materials (written, audio and video) included in this program are the intellectual property of Unni Turrettini. I agree that I will not share these materials without prior permission in writing.
6. I understand that my tuition for this program is due in full once I have signed this agreement. The tuition is not refundable and non-transferable.
7. I understand that it is my responsibility to apply the teachings offered to me in this program and that the result is not guaranteed by Unni Turrettini.
8. I agree to keep confidential any information shared by others in the group. I may not repeat or share anything which is not mine to share, without prior written consent.
9. Failure to honor this agreement may result in immediate termination from program without refund.
10. I understand that no medical, phycological, financial or legal advice will be provided by Unni Turrettini during this program.
11. I agree to hold Unni Turrettini harmless from the result of any financial, legal, or personal decisions I make as a result of any teaching I receive as a participant in this program.

I have read and accepted all terms by purchasing the program.
