2-Minute Quiz:
Is disconnection keeping you from living your ideal life?
This quiz will show you how loneliness and disconnection impact your life, and I’m willing to bet the results will surprise you.
That’s because your relationships, your job, your opportunities for advancement, your ability to build and operate a successful business… all of these things depend on how connected you are with yourself.
I know that may seem a bit “woo,” but before you dismiss it, consider this:
Disconnection is sneaky. It often disguises itself as depression, anger, frustration, burnout, perfectionism, or escapism. That can look like:
- Struggling to get that next promotion, or to get the new business venture off the ground
- Not having people who inspire and help you to be better (or only knowing people who drag you down and make you feel awful)
- Feeling empty, disappointed, guilty, angry, or ashamed (or all of the above!), despite all your accomplishments
- Doing things that are unlike you, things you regret… like shouting at kids, arguing with your spouse, yelling at employees, etc.
- Being stuck in a cycle of unhealthy competition where you don’t help (and don’t ask for help), don’t collaborate, see the worst in people, etc.
If you recognize any of these scenarios, this quiz will help you understand where you’re disconnected and provide some actionable steps to help you step into your higher self.

Just because you’re at the top does not mean you’re enjoying life.
“The upper ranks of corporate life are dominated by insecure overachievers: people who are driven by a deep sense of inadequacy and are not having any fun, even though they've supposedly won this very competitive race.” — Oliver Burkeman
Hi! I’m Unni.
I specialize in helping high achievers and company leaders figure out what is disconnecting in their lives and businesses, so they can reconnect and rediscover the joy and satisfaction they’ve been missing.
I'm a human connection expert and coach. Through my work I’ve had the honor of becoming an international speaker, and best-selling author whose books have won several awards.
I was born in Norway, but think of myself a global citizen. I’ve spent half my life abroad searching for belonging and connection, including stints in the United States, France, and Switzerland before returning to Norway, where I currently live with my family and the world’s most spoiled Boston Terrier.
With love,
Unni
